Reference #7: How To Take Smart Notes

In a Zettelkasten, as in creative and scientific pursuits, the imposition of structure is a benefit. Structure allows us to compare and make choices. Without restrictions, we would not be required to make trade-offs, to choose what is important to pursue.

Especially in a Zettelkasten, standardisation and restriction makes visible the differences in ideas.
