Reference #464: Organizational Culture and Leadership

When a group realises (or has their leader point out) that their strength comes not from homogeneity but from variety, they move from norming to performing. This insight allows members to replace the illusion of "we all like each other" with the reality that "we can all understand, accept, and appreciate each other".
