There are three important differences separating strong companies from the rest:

• How the company views the role of technology.
• The role of product leaders.
• How the company views the purpose called its product teams.

In strong product companies, tech teams serve customer, not the business.

Product leaders empower their teams, provide product strategy, and manage to results.

And strong product teams are empowered product teams; they're empowered to find solutions, not just build features.
