The ultimate management sin is wasting peoples' time. Some behaviours that lead to wasting others time are the following:

• Arriving late to a meeting.
• Stepping out of a meeting that then loses focus.
• Inviting many people to a ceremonial status update meeting.
• Fragmenting an individual's time by having them work in multiple areas.
